  In June 2017 I booked a boat. I then realised it was too small and called back - within the hour - to cancel, as there were no larger boats available. I thought this wouldn't be a problem. Jeremy Munk, the owner, refused to refund my £75 deposit, saying it could be used as an offset against a future rental. A very odd approach to business - the rental was a couple of weeks away and I called back immediately. Not how I'd run a business.
